Shipping Policy

All orders ship from Kyiv, Ukraine, with a tracking number. We ship worldwide, except to sanctioned countries.

Shipping cost
• Free shipping on orders of $149 or more.
• Orders under $149: $14.98 for parcels up to 250 g (for example, one CD) and $19.98 for heavier parcels (vinyl records, hoodies, or several items).
The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time
We pack and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Pre-orders ship on the date shown on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, it ships when all items are available.

Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order price or shipping cost and are paid by the recipient.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before placing the order. We are not responsible for parcels delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Payments
Western Bid, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for all purchases in this store, so you will see "WESTERN BID" as the payee on your PayPal or card statement.
